Congress Guarantee, Accreditation

Congress Guarantee is the Andrological Section of the Czech Urological Society, patronage is taken by the Czech Urological Society of the Czech Medical Society JEP.

Congress is acredited by the Czech Medical Chamber reg. Nr. 16407. Each participant obtaines a certificate granting 20 credits in the continual medical education.

Congress is acredited by the Czech Nurse Association. Each nurse obtaines a certificate granting 9 credits for passive and 15 credits for active participation in the continual medical education.

Registration of participants

     Friday      June 13, 2008    10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Saturday      June 14, 2008     8 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Registrated participant obtains Congress materials and name badge. All partisipants are asked to carry the name badge visibly the whole time during the Congress.

An Exhibition is opened alongside with the Congress in the Štiřín Congress Centre.

Accommodation

The accommodation of participants is ensured in hotel Chateau Štiřín****, hotel Baron adjacent hotel Chateau Stirin and in hotel S.E.N.****, which is located about 10 km from hotel Chateau Štiřín. The accomodation is paid by every participant separately. The cancellation terms and conditions depend on hotel.  The accommodation options are sumarized on the registration form. The accommodation will be ensured by Congress organizer.

Transportation

The conference premises are located in Chateau Stirin**** about 25 km southwest from centre of Prague. Take Exit 15 (Všechromy) off the Prague-Brno Motorway D1 (signposted as "Velké Popovice"). Štiřín is located some 3km past the town of Velké Popovice. If driving on Road 603 towards the town of Benešov, turn left in the village of Želivec. Štiřín is approx. 1km down the road. Transport between hotel S.E.N. and hotel Chateau Štirin is ensured.

Insurance

The Congress Organizers are not taking responsibility for neither loss or damage of personal belongings, financial loss nor injury, illness and death of participants of the Congress.

Cancellation of participation

The reduction of registration fee is not possible, registration fee must be fully paid even in shorten participation. Cancellation of registration fee must be made in written to info@andrologickykongres.cz. In case of participation cancellation until May 12, 2008 the 50% of registration fee will be refund, after this date we cannot guarantee any financial refundation, nevertheless an alterative participant may attend the Congress. The cancellation of accommodation is administered according to hotel cancellation conditions.
